I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Beautiful property and friendly hosts! My family and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed seeing the goats (and hummingbirds!) and wandering the trails down to the stream. The cabin was a home away from home with all the essentials and thoughtful touches for families. My children loved the playroom and the playground. Would absolutely return and will highly recommend!

I stayed here for 4 nights and had such a fun time. The house was beautiful and decorated so nicely, you can tell the owners really love their home. Stacy is a great communicator, her instructions and recommendations were easy to follow. Overall my friends and I had a great girls trip, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We loved this property. Having the hammock right by the water was so peaceful! The firepit also adds to the ambiance. Hosts left us smores materials which was a nice touch! This property was only minutes from hiking trails. The inside was so cozy and felt like you were right at home.

Pictures do not do this place justice, comfortable beds and couch’s, clean kitchen and bathrooms, way more space than it appeared in the pictures. Hot tub was amazing on a few cold nights. We spent most of our time in the living room by the fire and making food in the kitchen. Marie’s home was more than we could have wished for, and the location was perfect, in nature but just a few mins away from town. By far the most comforting and relaxing stay we’ve had yet.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Linsey's cabin was just what we needed for a perfect weekend away. It held 12 of us comfortably and had all the amenities we were looking for: hot tub, swimming hole, grill, beautiful paths. We all would definitely recommend staying at this oasis in the woods!

Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The place is gorgeous and cozy, felt right at home. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows to use. Amenities were perfect! Had a great time.

Perfect getaway. Beautiful place. Very cozy and warm setting! My only complaint is we that we wanted more time there so I guess that is a personal problem! Awesome host and an amazing place to be with loved ones or alone!

The Captain’s Cottage was the perfect stay for us. We had a last minute request that Nicholas was quick to accept and had all details readily available. The cottage was well maintained, shower had great water pressure, cute private space out back for grilling, and a cozy bed. Just far enough away from the farm store to be quiet but close enough to walk to enjoy their food and beverages. The farm store was prompt, the food was fresh and clearly made with love so you better not miss it. The cottage offered the peace and comfort we needed after saying goodbye to a dear friend. We hope to return and are grateful for the kindness shown to us and our pug.

Emily and Carol were wonderful hosts. They were responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations. Sitting on the balcony with the view of the trees and the lake beyond was tranquil. The living area is cozily furnished and both the fireplace and tv were easy to use. The nearby community beach was fun to visit and an added benefit of the stay. Great location with plenty of good food and small town charm!

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Phoebe was hard at work in the yard when I arrived but stopped to handle checkin and orientation. Everything very easy to follow.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin! It was the perfect home base for exploring the local climbing areas. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed after long days outside. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and thoughtful touches. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area for climbing or other outdoor adventures. We'd definitely stay here again!

Loved my stay here, nice environment, peaceful , very beautiful but watch staircase I almost fell 5 times . But overall 9/10

If in your mind, you could imagine an ideal place to get away - a cozy and thoughtfully furnished house nestled in front of a pond, this would be that place. A long driveway takes you away from the main road and leads to a stylish and very comfortable home. Three bedrooms, 2 baths and an open kitchen made the house feel very roomy. Our daughter made an early claim to a small landing at the very top of the stairs, a perfect place to settle into a bean bag chair and matching ottoman and continue her adventures with Nancy Drew. Our stay was extremely guest friendly. There was nothing we felt want of that Jared and Chelsea hadn't provided. A pile of comfy blankets, a nice bottle of red wine and a movie screen and surround sound gifted us two fun movie nights. In fact, their attention to detail made the house feel unusually familiar to us. The daily view of the pond and its inhabitants; a trio of ducks, a pair of cranes, and an industrious beaver, gave the home an idyllic quality.

The zen cabin is exactly as described and aptly named as it’s incredibly peaceful. Both the interior and exterior are thoughtfully appointed and decorated, and exceptionally clean. Everything is beautifully updated and the waterfall outside is so lovely. You can sit there all day. The entire cabin is extremely relaxing and private , this was the perfect restorative getaway. Stephen was highly responsive and provided great instructions and recommendations in the guidebook. Everything was so easy! I will definitely be back!

I stayed here with another couple for a nearby wedding. It was a perfect stay. It was even nicer than the pictures. And the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s located right near some favorite spots like Westwind Orchards and Arrowwood Brewery.

Amazing place in a very peaceful area! Very cozy and charming. Erica was very friendly and provided us with everything we could possibly need, as well as a very detailed guide for the local experience.

The cabin is adorable inside. The composting toilet was a little off-putting at first but quickly got used to it. The location was great - having the cidery and brewery within walking distance was a delight.

We had a relaxing stay here. The view was lovely and house was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive too.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday and had the best time! We have a boat docked at the marina up the road, as well as a kayak and enjoy fishing & being on the water so this place was perfect for our needs & the bonus was being so kid friendly! For early May, we lucked out with a beautiful Fri & Sat in the 80s so the hosts graciously gave us a heads up for early check in so we could enjoy more of the afternoon on the lake. My 3 yo & 5.5 yo loved all the toys & books in the bedrooms & especially the play camper van in the yard, the trampoline, & the sandy beach. We invited our friends with a 1.5 yo up for the day as well, and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang together inside and outside. Per recos from the friendly neighbor & hosts, we checked out Tin Barn Brewing, Bellvale Creamery, & Pennings Farm Market & Cidery on a rainy day. The house is very clean, comfortable, well-equipped for kids/groups, & hosts were very responsive.

Great little get away in the woods! Very cozy cabin and Deb was lovely!
