Monthly Rentals in Sleneset

We were received by Tove in a very welcoming way. The place is beautiful, overlooking the fjord and the mountains. The apartment is practical and nicely decorated. The host shows she has a sense of making things nice, both with fun decorative items and nice furniture. Outside, there were fresh flowers. Walking distance to the sea. A few minutes away there is a very beautiful medieval church and war memorials. And last but not least, it is a short distance to Dønnesfjellet where the view is indescribably beautiful and the midnight sun appears.

Fantastically located, very idyllic cottage over two floors. Great view from the house. We were able to watch many birds from the terrace extending almost all over the house. Uhus and mump dog owl, eagle, saw and gray geese and many others. Very nice area for kayaking. It will never be boring easy to enjoy the flora and fauna. Very nice host, who picked us up from ferry dock, provided us with fresh eggs and fish and brought us missing from the shop of the neighboring island. Thank you Lena! They were wonderful days at your place!

Lots of places to stay at a very good price. In hanging distance to store and Fjærkroa which had lovely food and cakes. Absolutely excellent and for sure we will be back.
