Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Amazing remodel just finished in November 2022! If you’re coming to relax, have fun, and be close to everything, this is the place for you! Perfect place for spring training, golf, shopping and entertainment. Only minutes from the airport, downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Cubs and A's stadiums. Great shopping, restaurants and theaters just across the street. The house is a cozy 4 bedroom with 2 masters. Not large but sufficient for your basic needs. 2 car garage available if you need it. Pets 👍
