The studio was designed and built by the owners themselves in collaboration with interior architect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters). Everything is within reach. Walk, bike or take public transportation in or out of the city. We like to welcome guests who want to discover the best of Amsterdam, such as museums, restaurants, architecture, parks, terraces, etc.

Het appartement bevindt zich in het souterrain van een monumentaal pand, waar je beschikking hebt over eigen privé verdieping. Op slechts 20 minuten van het vliegveld zijn aankomst en vertrek een soepele ervaring en het appartement bevindt zich op loopafstand van de bekendste musea van Amsterdam. Het appartement is van alle luxe en gemakken voorzien.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Cosy, fresh, modern private studio appartement with airco and canal view in the museum area next to the popular area ‘the Pijp’. This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Independent B&B on our houseboat with your own entrance. We are located on a sunny and quiet canal in the heart of Amsterdam, close to Centraal Station, Anne Frank House, The Jordaan and the Canals. Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.

Private Tiny house/studio near airport & Amsterdam

Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Fresh towels and bed linnen, coffee, tea are included!

De accommodatie is in een rustige straat gelegen, het is maar 8 minuten met de tram (om de hoek) naar het Museumplein. Je beschikt over een woonkamer, een slaapkamer met een bed van 160x200 cm, een pantry, een badkamer met regendouche en een toilet, met volledige privacy. Voor een baby is er een campingbedje. In een van de leukste buurten van Amsterdam gelegen, met veel winkels, café's en restaurants en het Vondelpark om de hoek.

10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam you imagine yourself in the middle of untouched nature. Jump from the living room into the clear water to have a swim, ride with your bike in just a few minutes to the lively center of town. Visit one of the many museums, go shopping followed by lunch on one of the inviting terraces. A city trip combined the calmness of nature.
