The living room with kitchen has a fireplace, a couch, and a large window overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom provides comfortable 100% natural mattresses. Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

Chata Motycky

Completely renovated historic stone house, built by the founder of the village Anton Motyčka in 1831, the house has a ground floor and 2 floors, with a total living area of 190 m2, 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The house is furnished in a period style. Glass entrance porch and garden available only for guests Barbecue and fireplace in front of the house just a few meters from the water reservoir and a beautiful stream.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Welcome to our lake house, which offers an unforgettable escape from reality in beautiful untouched nature. The house with a terrace is located on a huge plot with its own pond in absolute privacy. It is modernly furnished, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking. Hi :) Guests say the apartment is nice, sunny and with good energy. :) You have the whole apartment to yourself. Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... The apartment is old but clean and fragrant, so guests feel good here. I look forward to your visit :)
