Guesthouse holiday rentals in Slovene Riviera

Together with my husband we spent 3 days in Mateja's place and I must admit that it was more than we expected! The apartment matches the description from Airbnb, it was clean and tidy. But what suprised us the most, was the view from balcony. You can watch an Adratic sea, hills with vineyards and (the best was definately sunsetsnd - with a glass of Refosk :)) It is also great base if you want to explore surroundings with your car (Koper, Isola, Piran or Triest) and after that chillout in a silence. I also recommend you to try Istrian breakfast offered by Mateja - it is a great initiative and includes delcious local products. If we visit Slovenia's coast we will surely stay there once again!

I highly recommend it ! Highly recommended for one or more overnight stays.

A relaxing place to stay near the city and the entrance to the nature reserve.

House Eleonora is a beautiful house with a stunning pool. The kitchen inside and the outdoor BBQ are fully equipped. The House is centrally located in Istria so a visit to all the beautiful places is never far away. Eleonora and here family make you feel very welcome and make you want to come again.

Sara's place was lovely for our 4 night stay. All the photos are accurate and Sara was quick to respond when I had questions. She gives perfect instructions on everything. We found free parking off of Istarska ul. Only about a 15 minute walk to the apartment. Worth it for free parking. ( and we are 60 years old). Yes, you do have to go up the hill, but you will no matter where you stay in Old Town Rovinj. Wine tasting was fabulous at Vino Vignote, dinner at Snack bar Rio and CopaCobana were unbelievably great! Everything is a few steps away, quiet, clean surroundings. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

The house is ideal for a group or family seeking tranquility and relaxation. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is very well maintained and clean and you have everything you need: washing machine, barbecue, pool with umbrellas and loungers, super equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher). The pool is even serviced twice per week - a company comes in early in the morning, you usually don't get it at all, and cleans the pool. The hostess is super friendly, you get tips and help from her, for example she showed us where to shop and also arranged a workshop for us because our air conditioning on the car broke in between. You probably need a car, because there is not much in the immediate vicinity of the house. But if you're looking for idyll and tranquility, this is absolutely great. And if you like to grill, you will definitely appreciate the barbecue area. We used it daily... we will definitely be back!

The place is self contained private your Free to come and go. A little far from the old town but on the other hand close to a lovely swimming beach reccomended.

During our 2 week stay in Matulji, we had such a great time and our Airbnb hosts were accommodating and very friendly. The apartment had all housing items needed during our time and it was the perfect size for two people. One of the best perks of staying here was being able to utilize the patio and grill amenities to enjoy our meals and spend evenings outside. At various times we did have questions for recommendations and our hosts were very prompt in offering suggestions. Our favorite restaurant recommendations were Mala Riba, Oštarija Osojnak, and Pizzeria Rustica. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others to reserve with Snježana.

The property was as described and suited us. We used our bikes to get around the local area which was great as the cycle paths are good. We had been travelling in Slovenia for 3 weeks in a campervan before we arrived do it was nice to spread out a bit and have terrace. Marija was helpful, flexible and friendly. Thanks for a lovely time.

The landlord was extremely nice. He and his wife went out of their way to make sure everything worked out. There were also a few friends and that wasn't a problem either. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The apartment also smells very fresh and pleasant. Climate works perfectly and the spaces are very large. Overall, it was very nice there and thanks again to Drazén and his wife :)

Perfect holiday destination in great nature!!! We'd love to come back :) The house was very spacious and well equipped and absolutely clean. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We also enjoyed the garden with pool. In addition, Vlatka was always available for questions, gave tips and recommendations for excursions and restaurants - all in all the best conditions for a nice holiday in Istria. Thanks!

Pleasant and cozy (and brand new) accommodation with a very nice host, which fully corresponded to the description. Bojan was very helpful, he explained everything, provided information about the area and gave us tips on where to go to the beach. He also provided an entrance card to a nearby campsite where we could park and use the camping beach. The accommodation was extra clean and the bed had a great mattress! The mini garden and the surroundings of the house are pleasant and tidy. We felt at home a we would love to come back. There are only a few houses, fields and vineyards around the accommodation which means a perfect quiet place, where is little light pollution so you can watch the night sky.

It’s a lovely place to stay. The host was even better - satisfied all our need, answered all of our questions, provided lots of recommendations on things to see and restaurants for dinner. Even offered to book a table in the restaurant for us, since they were all full. Highly recommended!

When you think about a peaceful and private place to be, this is it. Dijana’s house is incredibly unique and beautiful. It is located in a small, quiet, and authentic Istrian village. The whole time there, we felt like we were at home. Dijana is a fantastic host, friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. All the small details were covered, from spot-clean, beautifully decorated linens and Dijana’s cosmetic accessories to freshly baked and delicious homemade bread. I’m thrilled we found this jam in Istria, and we will definitely come again. Thank you, Dijana, for everything. 🤗

Everything was great. Željka is very friendly and nice. I felt right at home. The room was tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable and the balcony has a nice view. The optional breakfast was good too. Maybe I will visit again one day!

Nice place, friendly host

The stay in this very nice house was simply great! We lacked nothing, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. The house is quiet, but you can quickly reach the next town for shopping and the sea. There is everything you need. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen! We can only recommend the house and have enjoyed our time there!
