Just 15 min. slow walk to the city center, harbour and old town with plenty of restaurants, coffee bars, shops, galleries, museums etc. Everything is in vicinity so no need for car. Good for couples or solo adventurers who like to take their vacation slow, quite and very relaxed. Zero stress guarantee 😉

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The views from the blacony are breathtaking. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away.

This is not an apartment, this is whole house located in pedestrian zone in very center of the town. It provides great holiday stay for families and groups of friends.
