Monthly Rentals in Smith County

We booked this charming loft very last minute and got a great deal! Brought our two boys and enjoyed this spacious and unique loft. We loved that it was “down town” and across the street from the restaurant and just above the gift shop. John was responsive to any questions I had and everything was very easy and simple. The place was clean and well stocked. If we ever come to Carthage again, we would book here again!

Fantastic stay! Great host. The place smelled like a spa when I arrived. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again for sure.

We absolutely love this home and hope to come back to stay again soon. Did not even realize we were going to have a lake view. Rented this place in a hurry and mostly because it had a hot tub and was very reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised in the morning when we stepped out on the patio to see the surrounding greenery and lake view. Don’t forget the bald eagle, my husband said. Breathtaking.

I’ve lost track of the number of times we’ve stayed at Rickey’s properties, but whenever we’re in town we always try to stay at this house. It’s spotless and Rickey is extremely welcoming. He even remembered what type of coffee we prefer and had some waiting for us when we arrived! The house is stocked with extra toiletries in case you forget something. Rickey is so easy to communicate with, very responsive, and gives great information about the area and the house. As always, we will definitely stay here again!
