Monthly Rentals in Smithtown Bay

Steph and Stu let us book the day of and immediately I could see how attentive they were when they said they’d get the cleaners there immediately so that me and my boyfriend would have a clean place to stay the night. They were very responsive through texts and helped us with all we needed. The place itself exactly shown and described and couldn’t have been a better place to spend the night.

This apartment is adorable! The only drawback was that the bed is a little bit small for two people. It’s a full so that was a little tight. If I was coming back and staying by myself, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here! Maria was very helpful throughout my entire visit and leading up to it. Highly recommend.!

I stayed at James place for quite some time. It felt like home. James is a fantastic host, he got back to me asap, he always made me feel at home. James is very respectful & at the same time his sense of humor would crack me up. I didn’t want to leave but my trip was coming to an end. I will not hesitate to book at his place in the future.. It will always be my first choice. The rooms r spacious, my room has a mini fridge w/ freezer & microwave that is the perfect size. See for urself how great the place is & how great James is. U will not regret it at all. And u might walk away with a new friend like I did. Thank you James for everything.
