The place is beautifully located — peace, quiet and breathtaking views of the mountains. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and cozy – perfect for a break from the everyday hustle and bustle. The host is extremely nice, helpful and available in case of any questions.

Very nice with nice atmosphere and nice hosts. 😊 We enjoyed Easter holidays here as two families of three and were really satisfied with the environment, accommodation and communication. We'd love to come back. ☀️

We rented a place for Christmas holidays, the house had a Christmas tree with string lights and various scenery on the windows it was very nice to feel the Christmas mood in the accommodation. The house was very clean, the bedroom window has a nice view of the High Tatras, there is also a separate parking.

Equidistant to the mountains or to town. A perfect location if you want to do both. Rustic and comfortable.

From the breathtaking mountain views to the cozy, elegant interior, every detail felt like a dream. The atmosphere was peaceful and romantic, making it the ideal escape from the world. Waking up to the snow-capped peaks was pure magic. The host was wonderful, ensuring everything was perfect. If you're looking for a place that feels like a fairytale, this is it! Incredible stay and worth every penny. Waking up to the amazing view was a highlight of our trip. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we felt so relaxed there. I’d really recommend it and we enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle in Zakopane. Only thing to note is the staircase is extremely narrow and steep - not an issue for us but may be for some! Thank you :)

the cottage looks much better than in the photos, bathing in the tub under the stars in nature was a very special experience, we felt great there, there was peace everywhere and you could just walk around the meadows, the area was large for the children to run around, a fireplace, a gazebo, ideal for families with children and people who want to switch off and just "be" and have a nice quiet stay in nature. we recommend it with all ten

We had a wonderful time at Olek's place in a tastefully decorated apartment. Despite the cold outside temperatures, the apartment was always warm and cozy and the shower got wonderfully hot. Olec was very friendly and immediately gave us tips on where to find the best ski tours. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has nice large windows (towards the parking). Olek lives upstairs with his family. It is just outside the village center, which we liked, as there was a lot of hustle and bustle in the village. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment as it is. There was absolutely nothing. The location was perfect. Everything was perfectly clean and the views from this apartment were unreal. The only negative that the apartment was on the highest floor and the elevator did not want to cooperate, but of course this is not the owner's fault.

Me and my family enjoyed staying in this place so much! Cottage was beautiful, clean, specious, everything we needed was provided. Communication was easy and with no issues. We were all impressed how beautiful the place is. Will definitely go back again. Thank you so much for everything :)

We had a short but sweet stay! I would highly recommend this property for larger families. Everything was pristine. The accommodation is light, modern and very spacious. The views of the mountains from the villa are something spectacular. The location itself is a close drive to many ski slopes and to the mountains for anyone who likes hiking. The highlight of the property is it's location in a small village about 25 minutes drive from Zakapone. Even though there is a school opposite and a church close by it is still generally peaceful and the mountain views absolutely stunning. The villa is very well equipped and my two year old granddaughter really appreciated all the toys to play with. We had one or two technical issues with the property during our stay but Stefan was great at providing solutions and always very responsive. In theory the villa can sleep up to 10 people but the seating in the dining and sitting room only comfortably provides for six adults. Highly recommended.

We were guests with two families, a total of 12 people and completely satisfied! Super nice house, great pool and great barbecue station! Highly recommended!!!

the house is well decorated and nicely equiped with everything we needed the equipment in the house is well kept. the house is 3 stories higher and offer a private location while a good view of the mountains. overall we had a good time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa absolutely love the place it had everything we needed nice clean place only think is the tv has english movies did not bother me as I had my laptop connected but yeah everything was spot on extremely recommend this place Thanks Suzi
