Monthly Rentals in Smoketown

This place was absolutely perfect. It was a great location, close to everything but still in a setting that was away from the busy-ness. The house itself was gorgeous-hot tub, fire pit, a game room, super clean, organized, and had everything we needed and then some. This was my first ever airbnb and it was a great experience. Miriam had clear instructions, everything she set up was thoughtful and intentional. During the first few hours, we already talked about returning. I reached out a couple of times for questions (which were already answered, I just needed to read what she already put out there for us) but Miriam still answered professionally and politely, and super quick. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

My family would absolutely return to this rental. The location was relaxing, peaceful and tranquil. The space itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciated all of the live plants. We visited the area for an event but we found plenty of places to eat and things to do during our visit. My favorite part was enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the horses and cows graze right outside the picture window in the main level sitting space. I highly recommend reading the instructions and directions provided by the property manager(s). They described the location, provided pictures to help guide you to the proper driveway, and gave lots of step-by-step details... I still had to ask the family that lives there to help guide us to the appropriate spot- it's really tucked away. This rental is highly recommended; hopefully, you enjoy it as much as we did!

What a lovely long weekend with our two young kids. The house felt secluded and our space while being super close to so many things. We liked Dutch Wonderland but loved just hanging by the creek or sitting around the fire pit. We might just make this an annual trip....

Martha is a wonderful hostess. She obviously wants to make her guests comfortable and meet any need they might have. She recommended we call Sight and Sound to see if there were any cancelations and I did and we got tickets the week before! The space was comfortable and clean and there were yummy snacks and drinks which we appreciated! I highly recommend staying in this peaceful neighborhood.
