Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom 2 bath with a sunroom is centrally located in Surf City. Under 2 miles to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, pharmacies and spa's. Check out the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle rescue and rehab center or take the kids to the skate park. Enjoy a drink at Hidden Ships Distillery or Salty Turtle beer company. The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise.
