Beautiful country retreat with breathtaking views

A modern guest suite set in tranquil and spectacular surroundings. Lots of facilities including spa, swim spa, charcoal bbq, garden furniture all set on a large deck. A well equipped suite with everything you need. A comfortable double bed and pull out sofa bed for extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. All cutlery, plates, cups, pans etc. Tea and coffee also provided. Modern bathroom with shower. Towels, toilet roll, shower gel provided.

Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Misty Mountain Hut - Piha

A tiny isolated hut amidst Kauri and Rimu trees to escape the world, self check in. Outdoor Fire, long drop, outdoor hot shower/bath. Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand. Misty Mountain Hut supports local Piha staff by paying $40/hr.
