New construction. Very quiet setting with property manager on-site. Guest house is attached to the side of a garage, and detached from the main house with a shared yard. It provides a private space with park-like views. Sub Zero professional grade appliances, radiant flooring, indoor/outdoor gas fireplaces, and a hot tub. A pull-out queen sofa is in the living room. No smoking. No pets please. A family of deer live in the backyard, and ticks are present off the deck. Walking distance to village!

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

The Nook is a gem in Tonawanda Had an amazing stay at The Nook. The place is spotless, well-designed, and super comfortable — felt like home but better. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and close to everything. You can tell a lot of care went into setting this place up. Everything worked perfectly, and the vibe was warm and welcoming. Sheryl, the host, and her husband, Ray, are both nice and welcoming people. They are friendly and good to be around. It is a nice neighborhood with proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc, and plenty of other things to do nearby. The room I had is comfortable and clean. If I was in this specific area again, I’d stay here!

What a great place to enjoy time with family and friends. Spacious and well furnished we had a fabulous stay. Dogs loved the yard and the kids loved every minute of the pool. Walking distance to the village with great restaurants ! Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms ! Would definitely recommend.

Nice little place, summer cottage vibes. Everything was great, great service. The neighbors played loud music later than we would have liked, but everything else was great.
