Old Town apartment: Amazing!!!A3

The apartments are located in the heart of the old town, 15 steps from the main street Stradun. The house in which the apartment is located is older than 300 years, while the interior has been recently renovated, modernly equipped and air conditioned. This apartment has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining for 4 people, television with shower. area of approx. 40m2. Located on a 3rd floor! If your looking to stay in the centre of Dubrovnik's Old Town you really can't get more central than this, it's a perfect place to stay for someone wanting to explore the city and everything it has to offer. Old Town has plenty of bars, restaurants and small local shops! There is also a local beach called Ploce. We own the whole building and have all three apartments listed on Airbnb, but if you want to rent the entire building just let me know. : )

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood only 15-20 min (1.7 km) scenic walk from the Old Town and 300 m from the beautiful beach. It will accommodate 2 adults in the spacious room with king size bed and two kids on the huge sofa bed. The accommodation will provide you with free WiFi . Free public parking available. We are located next to the cable car and north entrance to the Old town. All you need is walking distance from the house. No need for any kind of public transport once you arrive! Located in an old house from the time of the Dubrovnik republic and newly refurnished to make it a perfect blend of tradition and modern comfort for all of you who want something unique. It comes with the outdoor shared terrace which is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Unique and modern interior of this one bedroom apartment, would surely leave everyone more than satisfied. Apartment is nicely decorated, warm and romantic. Perfect for two! Fantastic location with the cathedral a couple of steps away at one end of the street and great restaurants and steps down into the sea at the other end of the street. You can have a swim first thing in the morning and then have breakfast out on the patio table outside the apartment.
