Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Soddy-Daisy

This apartment was exactly what we needed as a couple, comfortable, clean, and in a good location. We appreciated how close it was to downtown, which made everything more convenient. Just note that, being a ground-floor unit with another apartment above, footsteps or noises from other guests or cleaning personnel can occasionally be heard. Still the private entrance and shaded patio offered a calm and fairly private setting. Overall we were very impressed with how professional and responsive the hosts were, and how the space was maintained Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay in Chattanooga with our 2 dogs!

Very peaceful! Calm, clean space! quaint and quiet! Pay attention to mailbox. right next to a driveway. You will not see the house from the main road. Really worth it! enjoyed my stay!

My husband, our 2 dogs, and I stayed here for a weekend. Nice fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to downtown and all the happenings of Chattanooga!

Really great place, it’s nice and homey and clean. We cooked/baked while we were there and they had plenty of cookware to utilize. Really great spot if you’re visiting Chattanooga, it’s 10 minutes from the city and is a perfect location - really peaceful and quiet neighborhood, too. Would definitely come back.

Lookout Mountain Birdhouse is a new property, so everything is shiny and clean. While just off the road, it's very private. It's ~30 minutes to Chattanooga proper, but that worked OK for us. Lacy is a true gem of a host and great to work with. She promptly answered any questions we had and stayed in touch. The good and the bad: the tall, west-facing windows make for a bright house and a beautiful view, but the windows in the living area have no shades, which can render that area almost unusable in the late afternoon on a clear day. That said, we would definitely stay there again. We particularly enjoyed the Sunset Rock via Craven's House Trail, and the Montague Sculpture Garden in Chattanooga. The tour of Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery was fun, too.

This was the most magical little piece of heaven that my husband and I stayed. The architectural design and decor were amazing, and the views were breathtaking. We would highly recommend this place for a getaway to enjoy some r&r.

We came to Chattanooga to visit my sister and her family who live on Signal Mountain. The house was beautiful and worked well for us: 6 adults and 2 children. Chattanooga has so many things to do to keep families entertained and it was very easy to get from Signal Mountain to the various places we wanted to see.

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

A very peaceful place to stay! Very close to things I enjoy doing - hiking, learning about the area. The guest house was very clean and I felt at home with the comfortable furniture and bed. The four-leggeds, Ginger and Belle, came to visit every day which was treat for me. I highly recommend this guest house and Tammy and Jo as hosts.

We booked this airbnb because we were rafting on the Ocoee. We were 5 minutes from Cherokee Rafting, our outfitter of choice, so very convenient. Our group was very comfortable and had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms. We used the kitchenette to prepare some simple meals and chose to eat out our dinners in Cleveland- 20 minutes away. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the evening and my husband enjoyed the patio in the morning. The property is well taken care of and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a cozy spot in a walkable neighborhood! Only a 15 mins to Frazier Ave in Northstore which has lots of shops and restaurants. Then, you can walk across the bridge and you’ll be right in downtown Chattanooga! Joshua was a fantastic host — he was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here, and we will definitely be back again!

Adrienne’s place on the North Shore was exactly what we needed—comfortable, peaceful, and tucked into one of Chattanooga’s most charming and walkable neighborhoods. The house has so much character, and the garden is a real highlight. We spent more than a few evenings out there with a glass of wine, watching the bees move from flower to flower—it was the kind of quiet, grounding moment you don’t get often. What really made the stay special, though, was Adrienne herself. She’s thoughtful, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She and my wife connected right away, and it felt less like a rental and more like staying with someone we’ve known for years. She’s also a very talented artist, and you can see her creative touch throughout the home. We came to Chattanooga for a short-term stay, but we’re now relocating—and we leave not just with good memories, but with a friend in Adrienne. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. It’s a wonderful home, and you’ll be in great hands.

Gary's place was excellent! It was just what we needed after wedding activities at Gardens of the Gorge. This place is very quiet at night and a great place to unwind. The view from the balcony is so nice and was a welcomed sight each morning. Thank you again!

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

Beautiful place to stay, very quiet and peaceful, everything was as described, loved that it had everything we needed, the games and toys were a hit with my granddaughter, I love that it was so clean, and there is lots do within walking distance, will definitely stay here again!!

The home immediately stood out as exceptional. The modern look and features made us stay in more than usual. That, coupled with the abundance of nature just outside made for a great stay. We had such a great stay in Chattanooga. This place is so cute and is only about 1 mile from market street. So, lots of walkable things to do, especially the brewery right next door. We loved having a dedicated parking spot and lots of available parking nearby for our second vehicle. The natural light was great, and we loved the swinging chairs. Building was relatively quiet and very clean.

This place is awesome! I stay there when I come to town as much as I get the opportunity!

Perfect downtown location! Very safe, comfortable and clean. Onsite parking is a plus. Lots of stairs so you’ll get your exercise walking up and down inside the condo. So much to do within walking distance of the condo and very convenient drive to everything else in Chattanooga. Host was super responsive. Overall a great stay!
