Experience our charming and fully equipped guesthouse on our property where we ourselves also live permanently in newly built house. This guesthouse is located about 4.5 km from the central archipelago town of Trosa with cozy restaurants and shops. To the sea with a sandy beach, it is about 2.5 km and the area has many nice bikes and footpaths. Here you get everything for a cozy moment on holiday/leave with the tranquility as well as proximity to everything the summer pearl Trosa offers as well as sea bathing in the Baltic Sea.

When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Centrally located in Järna is this red cabin. It is 30 sqm + large sleeping loft. Large windows give lots of light. Private small patio. In this home, you can be entirely to yourself if you so choose. It's not that big of a deal, but contains everything you normally need in terms of amenities. Note that it is 1 bed, 160 cm wide, and you need to be able to walk up the ladder to get there. You can sleep 3 people if you make the sofa. It is 180x70 cm and there is bedding for the sofa in a cupboard.

Fully equiped kitchen which also has a fireplace. The entrance is shared with the hosts, who live downstairs. You dispose the whole upper floor yourselves. The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

Situated by Sörmlandsleden, only 15 minutes from Trosa and 1 hour from Stockholm by car, it is perfect for outings in nature or the many attractions around.

Borrow bikes and reach the beach in 10 min, or stop by Stockholm's coziest eateries with sweets, waffles and pizza in minutes. The cottage is small but charming and has two outdoor sunny terraces. The cottage is a guesthouse on our garden, but detached from the main house. Car to Stockholm central: 40 min/commute: 50 min.
