Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

This unique design home meets the rich history of the house, which lives on in the walls. The church from the turn of the century is a fantastic accommodation for a lovely holiday. It is located in the popular area of lower Höganäs and has undergone a total renovation. The accommodation is close to the sea and only 5 minutes walk from the popular sea bath Citybadet with sandy beach, jetties and sauna. Close to popular restaurants and shopping as well as cycling and walking paths around the area.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Lugnt villaområde med havet 2 min bort. Livsmedelsbutik ca 10 min och strand, restauranger och butiker ca 20 min promenad. Tre rum med 5 ordinarie sovplatser samt extra madrass vid behov. Rymligt vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök, två badrum, tvättstuga, wifi, altan, trädgård och fri parkering. Jag vistas ibland i en separat liten stuga på tomten. Ni har huset och uteplatserna för er själva. 🌺 Nära Kullaberg med fina vandrings- och naturupplevelser.
