Small washroom with incinerating toilet. No withdrawn drinking water, picked up in the well next door. No shower. 1 boat place is included in the property

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

On the about 20 sqm there is a well equipped kitchen with sink, fridge, hot water and dining table for 5. The living room has a sofa that can be pulled out into a double bed and a single bed. A modern shower room is in the barn next door and is shared with the other guest house. The Guesthouse has its own dry toilet.
