Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sofia City Province

Had a very restful stay at Eva’s place with my partner and another couple. The apartment was easy to navigate to from the airport and very manageable to walk to the centre of Sofia, as well as metro, bus and tram access. Eva provided clear instructions and always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. It was so nice to have a washer & dryer available! Would recommend to weary travellers.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sofia. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Lily a été très proactive et a tout fait pour que le séjour se passe bien. Merci beaucoup.

We had a lovely stay at Ana`s place. Enough space for a family of three with both working remote. Big playground just behind the house, supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Public transportation is ok. Huge park about 5 minutes away. All in all a great place for a family with kids, good location.

hôtes très réactives même si nous ne sommes pas rencontrés, mais la communication à été excellente.. je recommande vivement ce logement pour sa propreté,sa taille et la proximité de tout . tout se fait à pied, ou pour les moins Courageux, le métro ou tram. Merci pour tout

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x

Много удобен и уютен апартамент, намира се на ключово място до Бизнес парка до спирка на главни автобусни линии и метро. Фантастико е на 200м от входа на блока. Апартаментът е чист, а домакинът - Светлана е приветлива, отзивчива и много разбрана и добра. С удоволствие бих посетила апартамента отново при нужда и наличност.😊

Много съм доволен от престоя си, мястото беше на пешеходна дистанция до важните за мен места, в непосредствена близост има платен паркинг и магазини, които работят до късно. Определено ще посетим отново!

¡Nuestra estancia fue increíble! Fuimos un grupo de amigos y pasamos 4 días maravillosos en este alojamiento. El lugar está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Además, estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual se agradece mucho. El espacio es amplio, perfecto para un grupo como el nuestro, y la zona es excelente: tranquila, segura y bien conectada. ¡Gracias por todo!

My family enjoyed staying at Lubka's apartment. It is very centrally located, but it is very peaceful at the same time. It is a few steps from the Vitosha boulevard and public transport and walkable to many main sights of Sofia. The apartment was clean and as described. It was comfortable for our family. The balconies were a great feature. The elevator was very useful for my family. Lubka was responsive. It was the perfect place from where we could explore Sofia. We highly recommend Lubka's apartment.

The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Add to that its superb location, and it’s real value for money. In addition, Mira is a wonderfully solicitous host. To sum up, if we ever return to sophia, we’ll choose Mira’ place without hesitation.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom had a beautiful selection of toiletries, the kitchen was well equipped and with teas/coffee/sugar etc… The sofa with pull out bed was a great design feature that allowed us to set up the bed for our kids while retaining the use of the sofa. We arrived late from the airport and they still met us and showed us into the apartment. This made our check in very easy and pleasant. The area was very walkable and within easy reach of many restaurants, shops, and main areas of interest. We were very warm in the apartment even in mid-February! We would definitely rebook. Thanks for a great stay!!

I stayed here for an entire month and found nothing to complain about. The apartment is very nice, it has everything that i needed and Yordan was very attentive if i had any questions. The only thing i missed when booking was that i would have liked to get the information in advance that the apartment is on the 6th floor of a building with no elevator. Overall a great stay, i warmly recommend staying here.

L’ appartamento e’molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comodità, la posizione e’buona, con 15 minuti di camminata si arriva alla cattedrale, forse anche 10 se come noi andate di buon passo! Kamen e’ stato gentilissimo sia prima del soggiorno, sia durante, sia dopo. Il check-in e il check-out si sono svolti senza problemi. Consiglio questo alloggio e consiglio Kamen !

Great little spot. Stayed for a month and would have stayed longer. Close to plenty of restaurants and shops. It is a 3rd floor walk up which I assumed it would be. I only mention this so people can plan properly with their luggage. There is also construction happening directly behind the building but it wasn’t disruptive while I was there. Instead I was serenaded by the music school next door (if I was home during the day, was very lovely). Would honestly love to stay here again in the future if it is available.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

Lillie was super responsive and a welcoming host. The flat was in excellent condition and incredibly clean. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and a shop nearby for breakfast foods or whatever you might need. The metro was also just a 5 min walk away, which was ideal. Great quiet flat despite being on a busy road. Will definitely book again.

Дуже гарна квартира! Нам було треба жити біля друзів і ця квартира була саме там, де треба. Всередині є все що потрібно для комфортного перебквання. Недалеко метро, поряд симпатичне озеро з черепахами. Дуже приємна й уважна хазяйка. Рекомендую!

I stayed at Irena's place for a month and honestly, it surpassed my expectations. Couldn't have asked for anything better. The place is very cozy, beautifully done, and truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and comfort in every corner made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The location is absolutely amazing - everything you could possibly need is right nearby. Mega stores, cafes, great places to eat, and incredibly convenient public transport are all within easy reach. Also the biggest bus hub in Sofia is 4 minutes away on foot. The hosts were wonderful - super welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I am very thankful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sofia.
