Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

We felt like home, the place is quiet, easy to find and reach by car, everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, cafes, parks, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The host is primitive and always answered our requirements, we can't wait to come back!

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city, it has a large terrace where you can be, the only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Rosina was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. Clear check in instructions, very spacious and the back yard was great for our big family’s gathering. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

We had a lovely stay! The building is very well kept and in a great area, with a nice spot for breakfast just across the street. The keys handover with the porter lady was super smooth. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well equipped. Karina was always quick to respond and very kind. Would definitely come back!

Good location and spacious home near old town area. Parking is about 10 min walk from Airbnb. Host is fast to respond and helpful in finding nearby areas to eat. Did have some minor AC issues but host was willing to swing by and address this. Overall would stay here again

The photos posted on Airbnb perfectly match the apartment, which is clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Thanks to Google Maps, the taxi driver had no trouble finding the apartment. Communication with Marieta prior to the stay was perfect. She sent us photos of the building, the entrance to the building, the key box, and all the passwords to access the building and the apartment. We had a minor incident with the oven, which Marieta immediately resolved by showing up at the apartment. Because of the time, she even brought us dinner, a gesture of hospitality and generosity we didn't expect. The apartment is relatively close to the city center and can be reached on foot if desired (3.2 km = 45 minutes walk). We felt very comfortable there and would recommend her apartment to any traveler who will visit Sofia in the future.

The house was beautiful and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The environment was cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed us to rest well after work days. My boyfriend and I were here for work and we had a really good time. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience even more positive.
