I and my friend Jeremy - both had a great stay at Nikolay’s. Quiet flat, comfortable beds, lovely and warm. All the amenities we needed. Very central for lots of walks and sight seeing. Also Nikolay was always responsive, had great advice and lots of suggestions for restaurants and cool bars. Highly recommend.

Very much enjoyed my stayed. Great location. Will be back.

Eli's place was very nice and cozy. Eli always replied promptly on all our questions we asked. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very convenient to public transit, grocery store, coffee shop and bakery. The neighborhood is very safe!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento insieme alla mia famiglia per il nostro viaggio a Sofia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto, ed è abbastanza vicino in centro: collegamento semplice con il centro città tramite gli autobus, o se si vuole fare una passeggiata in 15 minuti circa a piedi si arriva alla Vitosha Boulevard. Se avete intenzione di passare dei bei giorni a Sofia vi consiglio questo alloggio

Luyboslava is a great host and had the apartment prepared well to feel right at home. It is a very nice place to explore Sofia and surroundings.

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar la ciudad, cuenta con una terraza grande en la que poder estar, la única pega es que el baño es bastante pequeño, el resto todo genial

Rosina was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. Clear check in instructions, very spacious and the back yard was great for our big family’s gathering. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great host and great place. Would recommend when visiting Sofia.

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

En skøn lejlighed lå helt perfekt midt i byen. Rachella er en god vært der er nem og komme i kontakt med, sød og hjælpsom. Vil helt klart anbefale dette sted.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

Apartamento muy cerca de todos los monumentos, puedes ir de pie. Como está dentro de un patio, no se escuchan ruidos. La decoración del piso es muy bonita, la casa lleva todos los detalles. La comunicación con Rayna muy fácil, estaba pendiente en todo momento. El único inconveniente el lavabo del baño, estaba un poco pequeñito y es incomodo, pero todo lo demás de 10, tal cual que en las fotos!! Gracias, volveremos!!

房子很大，有两个卧室和两个卫生间，两个方向的阳台，可以欣赏整个城市的风景（尽管风景不怎么样）。房子里通风、明亮，空间大。步行距离火车站15分钟，距离主要景点涅夫斯基教堂40分钟。步行7分钟有billa 超市。但是周围很少餐馆和商业。管理者给的开门方式不太方便。1，数字密码要从下往上按，而不是人们通常习惯的从上往下按。打开大楼大门的电子牌不要按照管理者的方式操作，而是直接按在门框上的红点，更方便。见附图。 The house is big, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and balconies in two directions, where you can enjoy the scenery of the whole city (although the scenery is not very good). The house is ventilated, bright and spacious. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 40-minute walk from the main attraction, the Nevsky Cathedral. There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. The electronic card to open the building door should not be operated in the way of the manager, but directly press the red dot on the door frame, which is mo
