I can't recommend this apartment enough!! The master bedroom is the BEST bedroom I've ever slept in. The TV display is huge -- it feels like you're in a Cinema. There are 4 bedrooms in total -- perfect for 6-10 people. The second floor has an AMAZING Living Room. It is huge with a ton of comfortable furniture, big TV, Netflix, Youtube, and a high-end speaker. The kitchen is also very clean and easy to use -- a ton of dishes, cups, and other cooking tools. We made pancakes :D There are 3 giant terraces with an amazing view of the city. Again -- I can't recommend this apartment enough if you're a group of friends who want to have fun and stay at a luxurious and spacious apartment. I rented it for my birthday (2 nights) and we had an amazing time.

What an amazing place- this totally exceeded our expectations. It was a joy to return to after a day on the slopes. The apartment is pristine and the best equipped place I have ever stayed in - from charging cables to bathroom amenities to slippers to welcome basket to the ingenious shoe dryer, Nadya had anticipated all our needs. The apartment is cosy, well designed, clean, modern and feels brand new. There is a good shower with lots of hot water. Nadya was a delightful host - super helpful and quick to respond- a pleasure to communicate with. The building is a 10 minute walk little away from the centre of town and was quiet and peaceful ( our friends who stayed more centrally found it v noisy where they were). l believe there is a shuttle bus also though we didn’t use it. There is a cafe bar in the complex and a communal games room. The pool and spa are not operational but there are plenty available to use in nearby hotels at a modest fee. Overall you won’t find better!

A great apartment near a large metro stop. Multiple nice walkable neighborhoods nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We had a great stay!

Great location in central Sofia. We were a group and this place was perfect for us with multiple bathrooms, lots of rooms and good room solutions. Very friendly host and good service.

Very nice a clean apartment in a great area. Very cool balcony and views! It did not have a kitchen or living room but for short stays it is the perfect place!

the apartment is brutal. huge living room with kitchen and more than necessary. 3 bedrooms, more rather big and plenty of space for everything. brutal terrace with view and space for many people. realy the apartment exceeded our expectations, we were 6 people and it was more than wide. the price is straight low, for what we got!

Had an absolutely amazing time skiing at the end of the season in Borovets, which was made so much better staying in this beautiful apartment hosted by Vladimir. The communication was very informative and swift, access to the apartment was smooth and the surrounding amenities lived up to the vibe of a quaint ski town. Very close proximity to the nearest SKISET rental (just across the road!). Very easy short walk to the slopes! The apartment itself was beautiful, had everything we needed and kept in pristine condition. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Borovets and I whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Borovets. 10/10

Nikolay is a wonderful host. Very careful, answering promptly calls and messages. He brought a few things that were missing from the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment is very well located, steps from a big supermarket and from a small farmers market with several nice and useful shops. The Sofia Metro station is 5 minutes walking distance. I stayed at his place for over a month. Everything was fine. Thank you

Good place to stay for business trip

Nice and cozy place with excellent location, close to the metro station and many stores and restaurants nearby. Nikolai is a great host who was very helpful and responsive anytime I needed him. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!
