Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

“De neem staj” is located at one end, of our lovely old house from 1877 in the town of Kliplev. It is a converted hair salon (73m2) and has in the past been smithy (æ smaj), where horse carriages and shoeed horses were taken care of by the ace. There is an entrance right from the road. Cozy decor, with kitchen and living room in one. Sleeps 4 in 2 rooms. Pets: Max 1 smaller dog allowed, for a fee. (Linens not provided) Home is perfectly located for passing through guests. Good accommodation with a location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen there is a fridge, hot plates, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bath, which is next to the tiny house. You can use the backyard.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Enjoy the tranquility

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to barbecue, play or unwind. The garden is almost completely fenced. Of course, there is also a crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø in about 40 minutes. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited.

Bright, cozy 60 sqm apartment for two people with conservatory and separate entrance. From the red sofa in the living room and the wooden terrace there is a beautiful view of the water. Kitchen, dining area and living room are a large bright area. A double glass door leads from the living room onto a big wooden terrace. Here in summer there is the possibility to grill or spend the evenings in front of a fire bowl.

Parking lot right next to the circus wagon. 300 m to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.
