Here the kids can swim, and we have fishing rights for salmon here. There are tame sheep and horses on the farm that it is possible to pet, a super activity for children. 10 min (by car) to Egersund city center where you will find cozy cafes, bakery and shops.

From Skjelbred you drive inshore by boat into Egersund city center or a few minutes out Norda strait towards Eigerøy lighthouse and a bustling fishing life. Åna-Sira is a great place for hiking, for example Brufjellhålene and Sandvika. It is about 20 min to Flekkefjord, and the other way you come to Jøssingfjord (about 15 min.) or Sogndal beach (about 30 min.).

The apartment is located at the end of our residential house with its own entrance and with access to both garden and sun corner. Our goats graze on the field right next door and are fond of both cuddles and a little bread😊 We ask that our tenants leave the apartment in the same condition as when you received it, cleaned and ready for new guests.
