Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, just 10 min from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norway's best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjoelven. Within 30 minutes you can get to urban places such as Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Prekestolen are only 1 hour away. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

The apartment is located close to shopping centre with walking distance, good bus connections. Nice hiking areas and playground nearby. There are some toys and Playstation available. Answers to questions from renters: Rents out with soap, toilet paper, bed linen, towels and more. Hot water is included and heat in the apartment. Down from the house area there is a path. If you go to right it will take you to the lake, Stokkavannet. Left way will take you to the sea, Møllebukten at Sverd i fjell

Felles parkeringsplass på egen eiendom. Kommer du med fly, er flybussen å anbefale. Tar ca.15 og kjøre til leiligheten. Bussen kjører også forbi "de tre sverd".

Apartment centrally located to most things. The nearest neighbors are Madla Amfi and Stokkavannet. DNB arena is also a walk away. The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and at the same time the possibility for one to sleep on the sofa bed which is located in the living room. On the terrace there is a seating area and there is good sun conditions throughout the day. Stavanger city center is a bus ride away and you will find the bus right outside. Guest parking available.

Sock apartment on farm available for short or long rent. The apartment is smoke-free. This has a separate entrance, and is located in quiet surroundings with approx. 250 meters to the beach. Approx. 5 km to Sola city center and Stavanger airport. Just over 1.5 km to the bus stop, (25 minutes walk). No pets such as cats, dogs or similar are allowed in the apartment. The apartment is best suited for couples or singles.
