Great apartment with rural surroundings near the city center

Simple, rural and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. A short walk to the Thon Senter Madla shopping center, as well as grocery stores like REMA 1000 and COOP. Short walking distance to Madlaveien/at clarion Hotel Energy where you can take a bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. If you come by plane, the airport bus is recommended. Takes approx. 15 and drive to the apartment. The bus also runs past "the three swords".

Beautiful home, close to great beaches good for surfing

This beautiful large house is centrally located in rural surroundings. Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, just 10 min from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norway's best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjoelven. Within 30 minutes you can get to urban places such as Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Prekestolen are only 1 hour away. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

The apartment is located close to shopping centre with walking distance, good bus connections. Nice hiking areas and playground nearby. There are some toys and Playstation available. Answers to questions from renters: Rents out with soap, toilet paper, bed linen, towels and more. Hot water is included and heat in the apartment. Down from the house area there is a path. If you go to right it will take you to the lake, Stokkavannet. Left way will take you to the sea, Møllebukten at Sverd i fjell

Only 10 minutes to walk to WED! A peaceful and spacious villa close to nature, surrounded by lakes and forests. Take a walk/bike to the beaches or around the lake, enjoy the amazing sunsets from the terrace. Go for a swim or go crab hunting with the kids right outside of the garden, or explore Stavanger city and the attractions in the area. The apartment is best suited for couples or singles.
