Beachfront apartments are available in southern Sardinia, Solanas, just 35 km from Cagliari and just 12 km from Villasimius. Solanas is known for its great tranquility and Crystal clear sea. That's why it was set in the sixth place among the best Sardinian beaches. The residence consists of 3 comfortable and spacious apartments, of about 80 sqm, with 5/6 beds. Each apartment is equipped with 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, large living area and verandas on front and back. Each home is equipped with linens and dishes. The apartments are located inside a large condominium garden, reserved and immersed in greenery, equipped with personal parking space, showers, barbecues, laundry and outdoor dining area. For any other specific needs, please contact us and if possible, we will make sure to meet you. The family-run residence is committed to hosting vacationers who need a place to spend their days relaxing and having fun. The beach that is just a one-minute walk from the house is equipped with sea equipment rental and restaurant services. In the small town of Solanas there are various restaurants, market butcher shops, pharmacy and small shops. In the main square in high season you can have the opportunity to participate in some recreational events organized by various bodies and associations as well as by the municipality itself.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms ( one inside the house and one in the outer courtyard, kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine and living room, from which you access a large dining area and barbecue. It is possible to park outside the house.

Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

We had a very nice relaxing holiday at this place and really enjoyed having this great view of the sea every day. However, I would strongly recommend renting a car, otherwise it is difficult to move around the area. And you should be prepared that there are not so many offers of restaurants/cafes in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us very much. A plus would be if the place had wifi, but otherwise it has good amenities.

We were greeted warmly at Alice's place and immediately felt comfortable. The village is very nice, the square where the house is located has a view of the sea and the house is close to a market, a gastronomy/pizzeria and a restaurant/pizzeria, all within walking distance in a few minutes. The house is cozy, tidy, clean, with a large veranda/courtyard, with a very comfortable shower, sink and outdoor clothesline, after days at the sea. You can reach Solanas beach in 5 minutes on foot. Alice was very kind and available for any questions, leaving umbrellas and beach games available and for our children. It was a really enjoyable stay.

As a family with two kids, we stayed with Paola. The house is surrounded by a large garden. The beach is only 100 m away. On the terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast and have dinner. In the house, the air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate. It was the perfect beach holiday with kids . We will be happy to come back.
