This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Cozy and fresh house with fantastic view and sun all day/evening. The house is located high up with a porch that goes around the house. Unobstructed view of Horsfjärden. The house has three rooms and a kitchen. Lake view from all rooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with wide bunk bed (120 cm down there). In close proximity to the house, there is a guest house with a wide bunk bed and toilet. Close to beach with diving tower, golf courses, café, restaurant, shop, boat to Utö. 30 minutes from Stockholm by car. Convenient public transport.

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with a unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you live with mooing cows and quacking ducks as your neighbors. Here you can rent the whole house with its three bedrooms, kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

Watch sea eagles soar above the water and deer wander close to the house and, if you’re lucky, even spot a moose. The modern house sleeps 4 in two cosy bedrooms and includes a separate summer kitchen/orangery. Our main house is located above and is mainly used on weekends. 4WD is recommended for the steep driveway, but it is also possible without one if you have enough momentum going up the hill.
