El apartamento esta en el conjunto residencial de La Pleta, en el pueblo de Soldeu, rodeado de naturaleza. Esta a muy pocos metros de las pistas de esquí de Grandvalira y a 5 minutos a pie del telecabina. A poca distancia de restaurantes , bares y tiendas. Muy cerca también del valle de Inclés, de los más bonitos de Andorra.
