Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the house is a 5-minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from the shopping center complete with market, restaurant, pizzeria, bar. Arranged on one floor, comfortable and bright, it enjoys a beautiful view of the bay. The location allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches of the southeast coast of Sardinia. It is 15 minutes by car from Villasimius and 35 minutes from Cagliari.
