Entirely vaulted with its stone walls, air conditioning is natural. The 160 cm bed is a sofa bed with a mattress confort.Terrasse+coin private garden, barbecue, access to the patio with a 4 m by 2.5 m masonry hot tub with 14 waterfall nozzles. This space is shared. Ce logement très lumineux de style provençal est plein de charme. Pierres apparentes, terrasse privative et grande salle de bain sont ses principaux atouts. Il est situé au cœur de Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, à deux pas des restaurants et des places "de l'Esplan" et "du Marché". Le parking de Chausy (gratuit) n'est qu'à 50 mètres, donc possibilité de se garer facilement. Il faut 15 minutes pour rallier le site du Tricastin. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

La Maison des Olives Studio

Located in a quiet area, close to all amenities. It consists of a 140 x 190 bed, a kitchenette with microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer. reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV Guests can enjoy a terrace as well as a secure parking space. Bed linen, toilet, table are also provided. The studio is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed. no smoking.

The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage.
