Maison neuve de 250m2 sur un magnifique jardin arboré de 2500 m2, avec une excellente isolation thermique et phonique avec de grands volumes et une belle hauteur sous plafond de 3 mètres. Chaque chambre à sa salle de bain avec WC, douche italienne ou baignoire. Frigo américain, cuisinière de luxe Smeg, avec 2 fours. Fibre disponible dans toute la maison. Une piscine avec deux grandes terrasses qui l'entoure, sécurisée par un système de rideau à barre pour sécuriser l'accès aux enfants.

Renovated Landes sheepfold in a typical one-hectare airial, planted with century-old oaks. The house is 10 minutes from the lakes and 20 minutes from the ocean (Mimizan Plage). With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

The house is spacious, equipped with all the necessary comforts, and offers access to a large garden with a swimming pool. You are only half an hour away from the ocean, several lakes, forests, etc. Nearby, you can discover many of the treasures of this beautiful region. The accommodation is equipped for 4 to 6 people.

The lake of arjuzanx has 10 mnt with its beach equipped and supervised boats , pedal boat rental,the ocean has 30 mnt, ideal surfing or swimming , and Spain at 1:10 am.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.

We are located at 1,5 km from the beach, you can ride with our bikes we can lend to you. The house is in a quiet and residential area near pinewood. We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
