I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the charm of the place – the cottage is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the absolute highlights was the private access to the pool. It was such a luxury to be able to take a dip whenever we pleased, without having to share the space, the booking slots was such a clever way to achieve this. Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful surroundings, it felt like our own little slice of paradise. The cottage itself is perfectly situated for relaxation but also close enough to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, romantic, or even family-friendly escape with a touch of luxury and loads of charm, this place is a gem.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay with my family at this beautiful Cow cottage. The place was impeccably clean and incredibly peaceful, offering a perfect escape. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely swimming pool, we had a fantastic time. The nearby farm shop was also a delightful bonus, providing some great local finds. Wendy was sonice, helpful, and welcomed.

Lovely little place with beautiful views, very peaceful (we hardly saw another human the whole time we were there). The little added touches were lovely. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be, but we hadn’t done a glamping pod before so I guess we didn’t know what to really expect. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on the evenings, definitely an added bonus!! And the welcome and greeting was really lovely and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants :)

The house was perfect for our annual family reunion which included 8 adults & 3 children. It felt spacious and welcoming. Having a hot tub in the garden was a real bonus and well used. Garden area was enclosed and private. Location was a few minutes walk from town in a very desirable area. We walked to Anne Hathaway's cottage in about 25 minutes & found a back route to the church where Shakespeare is buried near the river. I think Natasha should be upgraded to Superhost as she was helpful but unobtrusive! Instructions were clearly sent by & her responses to queries were very prompt. We all felt the stay could not have been improved upon and cannot find anything negative to say about it. Thank you very much indeed.

We had a lovely relaxing time at Swallows Cottage, Claire was very kind and let us into the property earlier than the normal 3pm check in, which was great. The cottage was lovely and clean, very big and spacious. On the Thursday evening we went into the hot tub room, we were unable to get the bubbles working, so we messaged Claire around 8-9pm and she replied right away with instructions on how to release the lock on the controls. The cottage is a prefect location for a quite switch off time away, lots of birds and rabbits, which is very cute. I think this is one of the most rural places I have ever stayed in. The road down to the cottage is very picturesque, however a little bumpy as it goes onto a farm gravel road with quite a few large pot holes, so drive very slowly. We would defiantly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Beautiful stay. We had every that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the house was lovely and clean! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

We had a great stay at Phil’s place, everything we needed. Especially good that breakfast was included. We only attempted the drive once as it was too steep for us. We parked on the road for the rest of our stay but never had a problem finding a spot. We will certainly stay again next time we’re in the area visiting friends & family.

We had a wonderful stay at Clare’s place. The setting was beautiful, the house was exactly as described, and we all felt very at home there. Clare provided lots of local information which was really useful so that we could make the most of our stay. The village was tranquil and exactly what we were looking for - a local pub within walking distance and some great walks from the house. Clare’s place was clean, homely, and made for an excellent stay which three generations of our family could all enjoy and make memories there. I can certainly see us returning!

We stayed here for a couple of nights to break a long journey after a few weeks away. Mary communicated in a very friendly and helpful manner and, kindly, left bread, milk, etc. for us, which was much appreciated. The flat is spacious, very well-equipped and has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. It is bigger than it appears in the photos so perhaps some more flattering pictures could show this. The flat had the added bonuses of off-road parking and a small garden, perfect for our collie. It was an easy walk from here into Leamington Spa and an even shorter one to the canal towpath, which was great for walking our dog. I would recommend this strongly for anyone looking for homely and comfortable accommodation in Leamington Spa, especially if you’re on holiday with your dog. Thanks very much.

Another wonderful stay at Liz’s accommodation in Oxley whilst visiting family. Accommodation clean and fresh as ever. Beautiful weather so able to do plenty of walks alongside the nearby canal network. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Bucket Lock Cottage is in such a peaceful location. The garden was beautiful to rest in and the walks along the canal were lovely. The description of the cottage is accurate - and the basket of logs for the fire is massive! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive during our stay, without being at all intrusive. We would certainly stay here again.

The house feels even bigger than it looks in the photos- plenty of room! Super easy from the NEC, only a 10 min drive. James was incredibly helpful and responsive and had even stocked the fridge with food and drinks for us which was such a lovely touch! We would definitely stay here again, in fact we hope to. Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

Clare is a great host and made herself available to us completely. The apartment is lovely and situated in a separate part of the home and is very private and has beautiful views over the incredible gardens and grounds. Stunning. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to visit Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa, each literally 10-20 mins away. Beautiful historic Area that must be visited. The penthouse apartment is large with a perfect kitchen/living area, with all the amenities you could need. A nice big Tv and comfy sofa. It has 2 bathrooms and it really feels like a home from home, especially as Clare generously supplies teas, coffee homemade marmalade and delicious granola! We found fresh milk bread and butter in the fridge, which was also a nice touch. We loved our stay and would come again. Thank you Clare.

What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

from minute booking the place george answer my message straight away and very helpful full. when we arrived as were work me we needed some where easy nice to rest and clean up after a day's work it was spot on beautiful place it's even better in person then in the pictures, very quite so peaceful just nice to chill after a long day's work and get ready for the next day would definitely recommend this place to any one, and the price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. so thank you george much appreciated.

Excellent location -safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the train station and town centre and lovely local park. Off street parking, accommodation facilities as listed, comfy double bed. Great value for money.

Chase Lodge is in a perfect location if you want a quiet countryside break not too far from shops and restaurants. The property is really well equipped, comfortable and clean and is all exactly as described. We didn’t meet Zoe but she kept in touch. Check-in and out is very simple via key box. We went on lots of scenic walks directly from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
