The Gatehouse was well positioned for a conference at the Heart of England conference centre. It was a beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time with the hot tub being a fantastic element!

My stay at the Shooting Lodge was just what I needed for a peaceful, stress free getaway. Beautiful location, fantastic hosts and my pup Jessie loved her stay too. Would highly recommend for any of those career women out there who just need a weekend of peace and tranquility. The lodge was better than described, high quality and a home from home. The location is wonderful with lots of nice walks. I would definitely stay again alone or with friends. Thank you Anthony & Julia for a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Beautiful, quiet, will definitely come back

I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the charm of the place – the cottage is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the absolute highlights was the private access to the pool. It was such a luxury to be able to take a dip whenever we pleased, without having to share the space, the booking slots was such a clever way to achieve this. Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful surroundings, it felt like our own little slice of paradise. The cottage itself is perfectly situated for relaxation but also close enough to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, romantic, or even family-friendly escape with a touch of luxury and loads of charm, this place is a gem.

Me and 5 other guests stayed at this place, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and cosy living room, the host made it that extra special with the christmas tree. the place was immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfy and a beautiful garden area. all in all 10/10 recommend. I will be returning:)

Stayed in the Maple Pod and was met with a perfectly cleaned accommodation with clear instructions on how to use all amenities provided. Hosts were communicative when required and made sure that you knew how to communicate with them in times of need. Would recommend to anyone who wants a clean, safe, private and comfortable getaway.

Lovely place and absolutely spotless! Excellent directions and Victoria was extremely responsive and accommodating prior to our visit, as well as lovely and friendly on person. Would DEFINITELY recommend and will book again in the future! 5 STARS!

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet but also ideally located for me to visit family and friends scattered within a twenty mile radius. Everything is there, in the the cottage, for your convenience. If I could make one suggestion however, for people like myself who have travelled from overseas, a small drop of milk to make tea on arrival would have been lovely. Such a tiny detail though and certainly did not detract from a lovely stay!

Jenny and Colin are absolutely amazing hosts. Cottage is very unique has got everything what you need. We spent a great weekend there. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything.

WOW ! Had a great holiday ! We didn’t want to leave ! Windmill Lodge is a little peace of Heaven Set In idyllic surroundings with a beautiful pond (loved the ducks ) And peaceful surroundings Lisa was a great host Greeted warmly and surprised with a welcoming card and “scrummy” cake to start the holiday off well. Tea and coffee and milk provided in a well equipped spotless,kitchen Furniture very comfy All rooms were very clean and of a high standard with plenty of little touches in every room to make us feel at home Lisa was on hand if we needed anything but we had our privacy. I would highly recommend Darran's cottage. perfect location. quiet & peaceful, within easy reach to all the attractions and town. We walked to town in 20mins. Darren's communication was excellent. Cottage was fully equipped with everything you would need. we will be returning.

Lovely, comfortable cottage. Impeccably clean with great quality bedding. A fully equipped kitchen, every utensil you could need and a spacious fridge freezer. Garden furniture outside was nice for the sunny days. Just under a mile, straight & safe walk into Stratford-upon-Avon. Once we arrived, we didn't use our car again until it was time to go home. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cottage - we will be back.

Cherry Tree Cottage is perfectly located near the village of Barford, between Stratford and Warwick. This was our third stay here and didn’t let us down. It is always immaculate, sparkling clean and well-appointed. Mark is helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Cherry Tree Cottage.

Hannah’s place was perfect for me and my dog for a wedding in the local area. The accommodation was perfect and in a beautiful setting. It was stunning, the host was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. So lucky to have stayed here. Would recommend to anyone! x

Bucket Lock Cottage is in such a peaceful location. The garden was beautiful to rest in and the walks along the canal were lovely. The description of the cottage is accurate - and the basket of logs for the fire is massive! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive during our stay, without being at all intrusive. We would certainly stay here again.

Cute cottage, in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property is peaceful and well appointed, and the host responsive and helpful. Kenilworth is my home town, so I will definitely consider a future booking, when visiting family again.

It was so relaxing to be beside the Canal watching the narrow boats go by. We loved the ducks that came our door. We fed them potatoes as bread is bad for them.The tow path was great for walking. Pubs adjacent to property....we had a lovely time! Nice place.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views of fields and deers. So peaceful and beautiful. All on one level and both bedrooms had en suite shower rooms with shower cubicles, which was great for my mum. Everything in this place was top quality. Friendly welcome and hamper. Can’t fault at all.

The cottage was fabulous. Perfect for a couple or with family with one child (but wouldn’t recommend for young kids as stone spiral staircase would be a potential hazard). Lovely quiet village with a very oldy-worldy feel - some beautiful old architecture. Garden at the rear of the house is very peaceful with a lovely view across the rooftops of the village. The kitchen was very well equipped - one of the best we’ve stayed in and the double bed was very comfortable. But what we liked most was how accessible the cottage was to attractions. We were just 10 mins from Warwick Uni (where our daughter is studying), and close to Leamington Spa, Stratford and Coventry. We also managed Silverstone Museum which is less than an hour away - my son was absolutely chuffed to bits with that day out!!
