A nice, family-friendly accommodation just outside Stockholm. Close to both city life and nature. Walking distance to Norrviken station, which takes you to Stockholm city in 20 minutes and Uppsala central station in 35 minutes. Right in the neighborhood, there is plenty of nature, just 300 meters from the house is Ravalen's swimming area and next to the entire Järvafältet nature reserve. The house also offers two patios, one of which is equipped with a barbecue, dining area furniture and lounge sofa for pleasant barbecue evenings.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Close to lakes and nature reserve. Quiet area but you are still close to both the city, Arlanda and for example Kista. The ground floor we offer is 100% independent with separate entrance, bathroom, sauna, 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and a terrace. You can access a laundry room if you need. Efficient energy solutions, make our villa eco-friendly. M-spa hot tub on the terrace is warm, relaxing and available between 15 April and 15 October at an extra cost of 350 SEK per use. Welcome!

The apartment is completely self-contained with its own entrance. 150 meters to the local bus that takes you to shops and subway in about 5 minutes. Quiet residential area, close to water and nature. 500 meters to Edsviken beach (sea) and swimming, and 800 meters to Rinkebyskogen and exercise trails. Free car parking on the street.

Beautiful area perfect for walks on hiking trails, burial sites from the Iron Age, and rune stones, excursions and barbecue areas, four lakes nearby. 20 minutes to Stockholm by car and 45 minutes by public transport. Bus is available in the area. Parking is available on the property.
