Warm welcome to our cozy house in the heart of Sollentuna. In the summer you can enjoy the private pool. Minimum rental time for two nights, we do not rent out the house for the purpose of having parties/events. With the best location in Häggvik, the house is 3 minutes from E4an, 5 minutes from Häggvik's trading place (10 min walk), 4 min to Sollentuna Centrum (10 min walk), 3 min down to beautiful Edsviken which also has a swimming beach. (10 min walk) Commuter train Sollentuna C - Stockholm City (ca 13 min)

High standard family house

The house offers high standard and a lovely backyard. Near the house there is a beach, public transport (25min to the city), shops and recreational areas. This house is suitable for the whole family or more families who want to have a lovely holiday together and enjoy the garden, heated pool in the summer months, Edsviken's water only 5 minutes away and the proximity to Stockholm city by bus + subway or commuter train. Great area for walks/running. Nice restaurants at 10min walking distance.

Located in calm and charming Edsviken (Sollentuna) but with Stockholm city centre only fifteen minutes away. A short walk will take you to the water of Edsviken with beaches and beautiful strolls along the water. The area offers various green areas, playgrounds, football fields and Forrest reserve Tegelhagen. Around the corner (300 m) you find Edsviken’s Piazza and Gelateria offering home made ice cream as well as food and drinks. Further down the street (500 m) you also find bakery Gateau.

Welcome to our beautiful and charming house from 1921. The house has 3 floors and is tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style. In the garden there is an outdoor jacuzzi (heated to ~ 37 °C) and a pool. Bed linen, towels, coffee, tea etc is included. Parking in front of our garage is free of charge. We have a lovely garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, where you can pick as much as you like! :) It's a perfect stay for a family (or two) with kids.
