In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. These rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi as well as a small refrigerator, and fold out dinner table/workspace with a chair. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.

Large 3-bedroom apartment

This is a perfect choice for a family or when travelling with friends. The generous living room is open to the kitchen, creating an inviting atmosphere . It also has a sofa bed that can be used for extra sleeping space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area. Two bedrooms have single beds, with the third being a twin room. The bright, tiled bathroom features underfloor heating and a shower, adding an extra touch of comfort.
