In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

This studio we offers a lot of convenience in a small space! It is furnished with a fold-down bed and a small table. All apartments are equipped with a flat screen TV including Chromecast. You can cook simpler dishes in a well-equipped kitchenette. It includes a fridge/freezer compartment, hob, oven/microwave and kettle. You have your own your private bathroom with shower. Your stay includes free WiFi, bed linen, towels and weekly and final cleaning.

This spacious studio for 3 comes with a fully equipped kitchen, appliances include a large fridge and a freezer, a stove, an oven and microwave oven. Enjoy your homecooked meal at the dining table and relax in front of the TV during the evenings. The bathroom has a shower and lovely underfloor heating. Your stay includes free Wi-Fi, a basic channel selection, bed linen, towels, shower & hand soap, as well as weekly and final cleaning. Enjoy your stay!
