Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Our unique Studio is located in our working barn, where you could be greeted by our wonderful horses. Our ranch has breathtaking views of the mountains and is minutes away from bike riding, golf, hiking, beaches, horse back riding, wine tasting, and much, much more. You can enjoy sitting outside and relaxing or visit nearby Solvang, Los Olivos, and downtown Santa Ynez. Please, NO PETS.

This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and the studio is beautiful! It is light and airy and open and you have pristine views of both Bishop’s Peak and Madonna Mountain. It is located in close proximity to both downtown San Luis and Cal Poly. The beach is a short drive away and numerous hiking trails are walkable and accessible from the neighborhood.
