Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.
