Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

La piscina privata a sale è lunga 6 x 12 metri e dispone di ampio spazio sul prato per prendere il sole. Ci sono molte aree all'aperto per rilassarsi.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Casa Bellavista

Relax with the whole family in this mountain house surrounded by greenery. The house is located in the small village of Montefegatesi, 850 meters above sea level. It includes an entrance, a kitchen with all amenities, a living-dining room with a panoramic view from the terrace (TV and Wi-Fi). A bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a terrace, and a small bedroom with two beds (a crib and a changing table are available). An outdoor courtyard with a table, umbrella, and barbecue.

Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.
