Gem of an apartment that felt like a home, not a holiday let. The garden and grounds in this small complex were beautifully maintained with shrubs, trees and landscaping and exceptionally well designed pool - good to have a pool with a decent depth of water. The apartment, whilst compact, was well furnished. The compact kitchen is really well fitted out with everything you would need - this is clearly a cook's kitchen. Good storage and bathroom. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches including library and widescreen TV and everything provided including cleaning/laundry materials. Lovely outside patio. The location is excellent - very peaceful, handy for Ciutadella and within easy reach of the supermarket and amenities. Elena went out of her way to make it a smooth check in (despite a 2 hour flight delay), provide information and advice on local restaurants and answer any queries.

We had a really lovely 8 night stay in Andrea’s house. It was perfect for the group of us including our toddler. Andrea was so helpful from the start, providing lots of helpful tips, clear instructions and local recommendations. She was always prompt to reply to any messages. The house was very well equipped for travelling with children including a travel cot, high chair, lots of books and toys and bunk beds. The house was spotlessly clean and we all felt very comfortable. It was lovely to be so close to Ciutadella (a short drive away) where we had some lovely dinners and we also enjoyed the local beaches - in particular some lovely lunches and dinners at Santandria. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything is great. It is on the first floor, we accommodated well, we had not paid attention to the publication that had stairs. Some supplies were missing, such as toilet paper, but nothing serious. Thanks for your prompt responses.
