Monthly Rentals in Son Bou

What a fantastic stay. We loved being at this wonderful villa - very peaceful and well appointed. We will be coming back - can’t recommend highly enough!

John’s place is amazing. Fantastic views, very clean and well maintained. John himself was really responsive and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The pool is a 2 minutes walk away and a great asset to have for the block. It was never very busy either. The bedrooms have their own a/c which is lovely. None in the living area though but John’s suggestion to open the main door and downstairs bedroom French doors allowed a breeze though which cooled the space a bit. All in all, highly recommended.

Five-star accommodation, with everything you need: children's games, beach towels, parasols, etc. It is on the seafront and offers a beautiful view. Although you have to walk about ten minutes to get to the beach, the area is quiet and very beautiful, ideal for relaxing in Menorca. The only thing that could be improved - and this, of course, is not the fault of the hostess - is the atmosphere of the restaurants in Son Bou, which turn out to be too touristy and with an offer very focused on the Anglo-Saxon public. It is not the best place to enjoy authentic Menorcan food. Apart from a wonderful bakery 2 minutes walk.

We had a great time at Maria's apartment. The accommodation is well-equipped (in addition to the basic equipment, there are children's games for the beach, parasols...) and very clean. In addition, it is easy to park in front of the accommodation. The location is ideal for visiting the island (in the center of it) and also allows you to go to the beautiful beach of Son Bou on foot. We did not meet Maria but it was very easy to communicate with her before our arrival and during the stay. We really appreciated his welcome gifts and recommendations. We would definitely recommend this listing.
