It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Desde la terraza, se pueden ver las típicas casetas blancas menorquinas de Playas de Fornells enmarcadas por el mar y en el fondo el cabo de Cavallería y su impresionante faro. “Casa Coco”, un lugar idílico donde se pueden admirar espectaculares vistas panorámicas del mar ; un verdadero poema para los ojos que se vuelve especialmente único durante la puesta de sol. El apartamento está ubicado a tan solo 5-10 minutos caminando de la playa Cala Tirant.

Cosy 3 bedroom apartment in Menorca

Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite facilities, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. It benefits from a large balcony area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the golf course and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Both bathrooms have been refurbished in June 2025. The kitchen was refurbished in February 2026 so there will be a brand new kitchen for the Easter and Summer season 2026.

La casa es muy cómoda y está bien ubicada tanto para ir a la playa como para hacer excursiones en bicicleta, tiene cerca nuestro famoso camí de cavalls, una ruta preciosa para disfrutar tanto a pie como en bicicleta. Cerca del faro de Favaritx. Para ir al supermercado mas próximo debes ir a Mahón, son 10 minutos en coche. Imprescindible llevar coche. No hay lineas de bus.
