Holiday rentals with beach access in Balearic Islands

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Good apartment in a nice town. Short drive to many nice beaches and restaurants. Would be better if soap and shampoo was provided.

The apartment is excellent!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

The place is beautifully located. It is quiet and the view of the sea is simply great. However, a rental car is a must in this area. The apartment has everything we needed. Above all, the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Swimming in the sea is possible without problems, but only with good bathing shoes. What was somewhat irritating were the walkers who walked directly in front. Nevertheless, we liked it enormously and we would come again. Everything worked out wonderfully and Jose always wrote back quickly.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

Beautiful place in special location. The home is sparkling clean and the hosts were incredibly responsive, providing many local recommendations and guidance throughout my stay. The outdoor space and access to the beautiful swimming beach especially made it feel like a local experience. Highly recommend to make your stay in Menorca extra special.

A fabulous apartment with every amenity. The location is excellent close to the centre of Puerto Pollensa but away from the crowds. The Pine Walk and sea are less than 30m away and there is an excellent cafe right next door. There is a huge choice of restaurants close by and take away places too. The local Spar shop is excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and has a sun terrace with sea and Mountain View’s. The garage is huge and a safe place to keep car, bikes or mobility scooter. The owner is lovely, very helpful and Guillam her son very responsive to queries. We loved it. Only down side is the bougainvillea which is beautiful drops its petals and they need sweeping up often to keep it looking its best!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Sanama's Blue House is beautiful. It was located near a market, pharmacy, many restaurants and literaly steps away from the beach. You can also catch bus 35 from across the pharmacy and it takes you right by the Cathedral. Sanam communicated well and immediately with us when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again. The evening still along the coast were amazing too!!!

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

Overall a great house. It is large and very clean. We especially appreciated the whirlpool. For the sauna, it was a little too warm for us in the beautiful weather. Sitting at the big table outside in the morning and evening was very cozy. The location is great, 2 minutes on foot to the Eroski and about 5 minutes to the very nice beach. We enjoyed the time very much. We would have liked a little more equipment in the kitchen (dishes, etc. are all rather scarce if you are there with 5-6 people), but we also got along well with it in the end :-). Antoni was always available and very helpful if something was missing. He also had a lot of information and tips about what's in the area. A good, very friendly host.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

We spent days in early June 2025 at Siano's. The apartment is true to the photos. The condominium was very quiet with 2 pools. The apartment is very clean, modern, the bedding very comfortable, with shower gel, shampoos, sheets, towels and even beach towels provided. The terrace with a small view of the beach on one side and a large viewpoint of Mount Toro on the other. Private parking at the foot of the apartment. The location is great for visiting the places located north and east towards Mahon. It's a 45-minute drive to Ciutadella. Sandy beach 5 min walk and small supermarket very good 5 min too. And finally Siano, very present and responsive by phone or messaging.

An ideal apartment! With all the amenities, the kitchen is very well-equipped and there are great views of the lighthouse. The pool is also great. We'll be back!
