Precioso apartamento recién reformado, totalmente equipado, ubicado justo a la entrada del pintoresco pueblo de Esterri d'Àneu, justo delante del supermercado PlusFresc. Dispone de jardín comunitario y terraza con vistas a la montaña con mesa exterior y sillas. El apartamento está formado por - una habitación matrimonial, - una habitación con litera, formada por una cama matrimonial abajo y cama individual arriba, - comedor con terraza y sofá cama, - cocina y - baño completo con ducha. Dispone de preciosas vistas a la montaña y de jardín a compartir. El apartamento está completamente equipado y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta en la montaña. - Dispone de jardín con bancos para sentarse. - Sabanas y toallas incluidas. - Wifi. - Tasa turística de 1,75€ por adulto mayor de 16 años y noche, no incluida en el precio de la tarifa. - No se aceptan mascotas. - No se admiten fiestas. - Se pide una fianza de 100€ por la estancia, que será devuelta a la salida. *Disponemos de 2 apartamentos más dentro del mismo edificio. Sala d´estar amb llar de foc i TV pantalla plana, dos banys complets amb banyera i assecador. Cuina americana totalment equipada amb vitroceràmica, forn, microones, rentavaixelles, rentadora, frigorífic, torradora, cafetera tipus italiana (cafè mòlt) i utensilis de cuina. Disposa de roba de llit, 1 tovallola de cos per persona i una de peus i mans a cada cambra de bany. Productes d'higiene personal només per a la primera nit. Calefacció elèctrica amb radiadors programables independents a cada estança. Aquest espai de 80m2 ofereix comoditat per a la teva estada idealment ubicat, perfecte per descobrir el poble i els seus voltants. Tingueu en compte que en aquest apartament no acceptem mascotes.

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house of the XVIII century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical constructions of the Pyrenees has been wanted, with stone and wood. The house is all lit through a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Our family attic in Esterri d'Àneu sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are mountain views from all rooms. We'll be happy to answer any of your questions about the property, local activities and surrounding area. Within 20 minutes there are 2 ski resorts, Baquiera Beret and Espot, a few kilometres further afield are the resorts of Port Ainé and Tavascan.
