Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sơn Trà

미케비치 북쪽에 위치해요. 시내에서 위치는 그랩타고 5만동-7만동 나와요~! (프로모코드 꼭써서 다니세요) 주변에 현지 시장이 열려서 구경하고 현지식으로 아침밥 사먹었어요 :) 국수하나에 만동 2만동이면 다먹어요! 주변 사람들 모두 베트남 사람들이 살고있고, 동네 분위기 느끼기 좋았어요! 걸어서 비치갈수있어요 :) 집은 대체로 깨끗하고 비누하나만 구비되어있으니 샴푸린스 모두 챙겨오시고 5박 묵었는데 수건은 한번 갈아줬어요~! 우기라 세탁기사용했는데 잘안말라서 주변 동네 현지 세탁소 이용했습니다 히말라야 라운드리 이용했고 1키로 2만동 줬네용 호스트를 5박동안 한번도 만나지 않았지만 열쇠다른가족에 있어서 잠깐 집에들러 못들어갔을때도 스태프 보내주고, 답장 바로바로 해주었어요! 필요한건 저희가 관광하는동안 집에 들러서 두고가주었구요~! 집주인은 영어로 소통 가능합니다 :) 주변 상점은 영어로 소통이안되용(손짓발짓소통 가능) 집이 조금 어두운 느낌이지만 조명이 곳곳에 많아서 모두 키면 공간이 이뻐져용 세명이 묵었는데 1층2층 분리되어 있고 집이 커서 편히 썼습니다!에어비앤비 처음이었는데 만족했어요~!감사해요~❤️❤️

Super séjour ! Très ponctuel . Vous arranges toujours ! Et surtout vous envoie toutes les adresses et destination à visiter. Vous lui demandez quelque chose elle est là à la minute. Les chambres sont propres les toilettes et la salle de bain sont propres et sont séparées . Il y a un ascenseur pour les gens à mobilité réduite. vous pouvez garder votre Scooter dans le garage en toute sécurité. Il y a aussi un salon où tous les habitants des Airbnb de l’immeuble peuvent se recueillir chanter manger et boire un café . nous avons passé 15 jours au Vietnam, et c’est notre coup de cœur. ❤️ Je recommande vivement .

I stayed here just one night but it was perfect ! Quan's is really fast to answer and will try everything to ease your stay. He even cooked for us the breakfast ! The room was clean and the house is brand new with a nice architecture. You can rent motorbike from him too. If I'll come back I'll be back here for sure.

위치가 정말 좋음 호스트의 답장이 빠른편 문제가 생겼을때 대응을 잘해줌 다만 엘리베이터 기다리는 시간이 다른 곳에 비해 조금 오래 걸림 그것 말고는 정말 잘 쉬다 왔어요

I want to first be clear regarding some Of the other reviews with a layout explanation , This is a beautiful studio Apartment inside a block of Apartments and not just a room. Nothing is shared. The ‘shaft’ in the bathroom, is like a back door that each apartment has so yes you can hear each other sometimes busy not if you close the door. The apartment is clean fresh and the bathroom is gorgeous, kitchen area spectacular and dining area is ‘chefs kiss’. The location is cultural which is fantastic, you are staying in amongst the culture which is beautiful and can hear the goings on and nature when you open your window. It’s seconds walk to the restaurants, Spa’s and Mart’s on one side, and on the other a minutes walk from the beach. The Building Manager is nice helpful and respectful, and check-in is seamless. I stayed here just under a month so I think my experience is tangible. Will be back as soon as my bank account will let me. 😊

Sophia's lodging was better than expected. The apartment was super clean, especially the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Most importantly, it's got the roof-top swimming pool with a very great view. (You can also use Four Points' side of the swimming pool and restaurant without any restriction.) Gym is NOT available unless you pay extra. Washers and dryers working perfectly saved lots of hassles during our stay. I'd say the condition and value of the lodging is on a par with that of a 5-star hotel. Yes, you see the building in construction through the window of the living room but it didn't matter much to us because, frankly, you don't really get to spend much time in the living room during the day except when you first arrived. You got the spectacular view of the sea through the main bathroom through the window right next to the bathtub. Sophia was very responsive to our messages and her English was superb to communicate effectively. 아주 마음에 드는 숙소였고 5성급 호텔 수준이라고 평가하고 싶습니다. 쉐라톤의 수영장/레스토랑 자유롭게 사용가능한 것이 제일 좋았고 해변에서 바로 앞인 것도 좋았고요. 전 위치도 최고라고 생각합니다. 어차피 걸어서 어디 갈거 아니면 그랩이나 택시타고 다니실테니 숙소 바로 주변에 뭐가 없는건 저에겐 별 상관없었습니다. 공사장뷰 있긴한데 욕조 바로 옆에 엄청난 바다뷰가 있고요 솔직히 전 낮시간에 거실에 있을 시간이 없었기 때문에 no상관이었습니다. 결론적으로 강추입니다.

Cảm ơn Host đã có trải nghiệm đáng nhớ Vị trí rất thuận lợi, đi bộ 7 phút đến biển Mỹ Khê, toà nhà nằm ngay trung tâm du lịch với rất nhiều cửa hàng và quán ăn ngon. Căn phòng của chúng tôi khá rộng, khu vực bếp tách biệt với không gian phòng ngủ nên ngăn mùi rất tốt. Chủ nhà vô cùng thân thiện và giúp chuyến đi của chúng tôi tiết kiệm hơn khi cô ấy giúp tôi mua vé tham quan giá thấp hơn giá niêm yết

Mike is amazing He's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He makes a real effort to be a friend more than just a host The apartment is amazing, you can't get a better location You can see the beach and hills from the balcony and it is amazing Plenty of space, two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable beds. I had no problems sleeping there The wifi was fast and reliable The air conditioners same Basically, you have everything you need in a two bedroom on the beach. It's hard to beat. And Mike is a great guy

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. The location was great, with everything I needed close by. The internet was reliable, which was important for work, and the weekly cleaning was a nice touch. The host was responsive whenever I had questions, making the whole experience smooth. I’m planning to visit again next year and will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

전반적으로 무난했던 숙소 *장점 : 가격 대비 넓고 깔끔한 숙소, 방이 2개이고 거실도 있어서 좋았음. 냉장고 세탁기 건조기 전자렌지 등이 있어 편리함. 루프탑 수영장 이용 가능. 호스트가 친절하고 피드백 좋음. 가격 대비 무난한 숙소라고 보여짐. *단점 : 체크인에 대한 설명이 부족함(1층 프론트와 별도로 체크인해야 하는데 현장에 가서야 그 사실을 알게 됨). 3박 이상 해야 1회에 한해 룸 청소를 해줌.(수건 등은 충분히 제공), 위치가 별로임(주변에 상가나 식당이 부족하고 번화가랑은 택시 이동 필수), 주변에 건축공사가 진행되고 있어 수영장의 뷰도 막아버림. 바다뷰는 아니고 시티뷰로 봐야함.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an exquisite villa in Da Nang, Vietnam, and it was nothing short of amazing. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Everything was just a short distance away – the pristine beaches with their breathtaking views, delightful restaurants offering mouth-watering local cuisine, and other popular attractions were all within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. One of the standout features of our stay was our incredible host, Ngo. Ngo was exceptionally accommodating and always available to help with any request. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and his insightful recommendations helped us make the most of our trip. Communication with Ngo was seamless, making our experience stress-free and truly memorable. If you're planning a trip to Da Nang, I highly recommend staying at this villa.

The host is very helpful and responsive. Resolve our issues very promptly. Will definitely come back and stay!

屋主十分友善而且會英文，極之容易溝通，如有需要也可以代為安排機場接送的車輛。而且villa內有10個房間，10個房間都有獨立的衛浴，這點很加分。villa的風景也不錯，泳池直對著漁港，不論是早上還是夜晚看都很漂亮。地點方面雖然不是峴港巿中心，但去巿中心的車程都是約15分鐘，相當快捷。有什麼問題可以即時聯絡屋主，他會很迅速地回答。唯獨是比較靠近漁港和附近多植物，會比較多昆蟲。

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

May has been very helpful with our check in and transportation. The house is located in Furama resort which is close to many restaurants, spas and Korean marts. The only thing that may need some improvement was staff working at the reception. Staff haven’t been responsive but the overall experience was nice.
