Our newly built courtyard houses two identical holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area, and a cosy corner. There's TV and wifi. Baby cot rental or extra guest bed available for children. Each apartment has a private terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Walking distance to the city center, Dybbøl Mill, Sønderborg Castle, etc. 100 meters to the train station, Alsion, etc. Room with double bed, living room, dining area and kitchen. Access to private bathroom with shower. There is a fee for washing linen and towels, as well as final cleaning of DKK 400.00, which is charged when booking through Airbnb. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Approx. 4 minutes drive to the city centre. Lovely large child-friendly garden with playhouse, swing and fire pit. The place is ideal for families with children, "take the children by the hand and walk directly via the garden through forest and green areas to the beach" - approx. 250 meters.
