Her er masser af plads til at nyde ferien og børn er godt underholdt af den store trampolin, den insektlignende træstamme, gynge, legetøj og stranden, hvor der kan soppes og dyrkes vandsport. Flot køkken og bad, stor stue med TV og internet og 180 graders havudsigt. 3 store soveværelser og alle med den smukkeste udsigt over Flensborg Fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg og fantastisk natur som nabo, tæt på Flensborg og Sønderborg og gåafstand til restauranterne Pearl, Sivgaarden og Providence. Døre er udsmykket med landskabsmotiver af kunstneren Wilhelm Dreesen.
