We spent 2 weeks at Alan's place and we really loved it. The apartment is a little small but very cozy and clean. The WiFi is super fast and there's a table to have a meal or eat. Then, the bed is comfortable and there's a small balcony. We work online and we were happy to find a shared working area downstairs. The gym was very spacious and the equipment was enough. Location wise, it's about 5 minutes drive from central shopping mall (you can't walk there), 5 minutes walk from 7-11 and cafe Amazon, and just about 10 minutes from Hat Yai city. All in all I highly recommend and I would stay here again

The apartment is a hidden gem in an old condominium. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, despite the condo outside is not well maintened. A jacuzzi is available in the bathroom. We found a cockroach, probably coming from outside, and they offered a free cleaning for it. Internet is very fast and suitable for remote work. Everything with Tukta and Tuktik was perfect.

Hosts were very responsive and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. It was squeaky clean, tidy and as advertised. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a place in Hatyai away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get anywhere you need in 5 minutes.
